For the last few weeks I’ve been doing an interview for the Irish blogger and writer Bob Neilson, who does a lot of stuff for the Irish online mag Albedo One. My friend Juliet McKenna suggested we get in touch and I’ve had the most wonderful time answering his weird and wonderful questions. Bob’s cunning technique is to email one question at a time…and his approach is probing and imaginative and oddly therapueutic. To be honest, now he’s not asking me questions any more, I feel lost!

Great interview, very entertaining. And if you’ve never encountered the term Mulligan before, I heartily recommend watching the film Tin Cup. It’s ostensibly about gol but, like most Ron Shelton sports films, is actually about love and sex.
It’s about about *golf*. Not about gol. Sigh. Typing before the sun rises is always a mistake.
Given a choice between love, sex and, er, golf – guess which I pick! Glad you liked the interview, some dark secrets revealed there…
