I was brought up on the films of the Alien franchise, and would watch Aliens, in particular, over and over again until my eyes bled, and I could do a pitch perfect impression of Newt ('They mostly come out at night . . . . mostly'). Buffy Summers may always have my heart, but damn if Ellen Ripley doesn't have my brain. Bonus points to anyone who can remember what her position was on the Nostromo, in 'Alien', without peeking on wikipedia! I adore good ol’ Ellen Ripley, with her wonderful alien-hating ways, and astonishing overbite.
