On Being Blacklisted

There are always rumours in the film and televison industry about certain writers being 'blacklisted'. There's no McCarthy style witch-hunt, but there are, it is alleged, subtler ways to block a writer's career path. But to be honest, I've always regarded such talk as mere indulgence and writerly paranoia.
But now it's happened to me! I've been blacklisted!! Not for long, admittedly - the blacklisted lasted about a day in all - and not, I hasten to add, in respect of my fiction and drama writing. But yesterday I logged on to blog, and was firmly told by my computer screen that I had been engaged in illegal and malicious activity and I was now blacklisted, and forbidden to visit my website ever again.
Fortunately, it turned out to be a mere technical glitch, which the redoutable Ariel swiftly solved.
But that was a scary moment there...
